We have been doing business with Dan and Dave for almost 20 years now, and we won't take our vehicles anywhere else!! They are honest and do quality work, which are rare qualities in a repair shop. We even bought used cars for our teens from them because of the trust we have built through the years. Thanks so much guys, we appreciate all your hard work!

This shop is FAIR AND HONEST... two adjectives you normally don't associate with used car dealerships or auto mechanics! D&L is a full service shop that takes the time to correctly diagnose the issue and provides affordable solutions. I'm not the type of gal that really understands how cars function, but the folks at D&L will take their time to fully explain what's going on. Friendly front office staff and top notch mechanics. I highly recommend this shop!

Our long-time fave mechanic retired this past Fall and a friend recommended D&L. They picked up right where Dean left off with integrity and awesome customer service.

Took my Taurus in for oil change and a brake inspection. By early afternoon the oil had been changed and they contacted me about my brakes stating eveything thing looked fine, however they the pads were definitely worn and everything could use a cleaning. There was no pressure from them that the work needed done that day. They even suggested I would be able to get by until next service. Kaisers has always worked on our vehicles and has always done top notch work and they have never pressured me into unnecessary services.

I take all my vehicles to Kaiser Auto to be serviced or repaired. They've done engine light on diagnosis and repair as well has heavy repairs like suspension systems and axle replacements. All of their repairs have been perfectly performed. In one instance they thoroughly search the town for a hard to find part and got it installed just before my vacation. I'm very happy with their work and efforts.

My wife and I were traveling from Michigan going to Chicago when we had fuel leakage. We were very worried about our safety as well as where to go to have our van fixed. We called Kaiser Auto LLC and Michael “Mike” took us in despite of their full schedule for that day. We are giving this auto repair shop a 5-star rating for best customer service. Mike and his team are the best! Highly recommended!

Kaiser is by far the best place I have ever taken my cars to get repaired! They have went above and beyond to make sure that my cars were properly taken care of, even making calls to a major company to check warranties so I wouldn't have to pay extra for a repair. Their customer service is impeccable, everytime I go in I feel comfortable and welcomed. I will never take my cars anywhere else!

Kaiser did a very professional job on my car. I was given all the benefits of discounts and coupons in order to lower my cost. Friendly and welcoming service professionals in the office. Convenient location. I've just never had a problem taking my car here. My mother used to bring her car here in the 70s. Was very surprised but glad that they're still doing business. Met an old neighbor of mine, Michael, who works there now. We had a short “catching up”. Now that I’m retired I won’t be going there as often but I still plan on going there. Can’t beat the service!

Amazing service. The integrity that this shop has is next to none. Instead of quoting me for a job that would have cost me thousands, their tech actually did research and found that the repair I needed was under an extended warranty. I don’t know many shops that would help you out the way they have. Never going anywhere else with my vehicles. 10/10 service.
